White Ranch Studio accepts a limited number of custom commissions based on project scope, studio availability, and creative alignment. The following policy outlines the general process, expectations, and terms associated with commissioned work.

The studio reserves the right to decline projects that do not align with the studio’s artistic direction, technical capabilities, timeline availability, or brand standards.

Quotes are valid for a limited period and may change if project specifications are revised.
Approved commissions may require a non-refundable deposit before work begins. Deposit amounts will vary depending on project scope and material requirements.
Production scheduling will not begin until the required deposit has been received.

Reasonable revisions may be included during the design phase depending on the nature of the project. Excessive revisions or substantial design changes after approval may result in additional fees and adjusted timelines.
Once production has begun, major design changes may no longer be possible.
Each commissioned piece is individually handcrafted. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, finish, patina, coloration, and material characteristics are considered part of the uniqueness of the final work and are not considered defects.
Remaining balances, shipping charges, delivery fees, or installation costs (if applicable) are due according to the terms outlined in the project agreement or invoice.
White Ranch Studio reserves the right to withhold shipment, delivery, or installation until final payment has been received in full.
Shipping, local delivery, or installation arrangements will vary depending on project size and destination.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate shipping and installation information. White Ranch Studio is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party shipping carriers once a project has been transferred for delivery.
Due to the custom nature of commissioned work, commissioned pieces are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
Cancellation requests submitted after production has begun may result in forfeiture of deposits and reimbursement for materials, labor, or work completed to date.
White Ranch Studio retains all intellectual property rights, including design concepts, sketches, renderings, photographs, and original artwork associated with commissioned projects unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
The studio reserves the right to photograph and display completed commissioned work for portfolio, marketing, website, editorial, and promotional purposes unless confidentiality has been agreed upon in advance.
Clear and timely communication is essential throughout the commission process. Clients are encouraged to respond promptly to approvals, questions, and project updates in order to avoid scheduling delays.
